JadrelHealth Loyalty Program is an annual membership of different levels
according to a customer’s annual purchase value. Your membership starts
on the day the loyalty programme is launched on the
www.JadrelHealth.com.
Let’s say the programme is launched on 1st Jan ‘20 then user will be
assigned the loyalty level based their last 1 year purchase from 1st Jan
‘19 to 31st Dec ‘19.
Note: Any purchase which is done in last 1
year before 1st Jan ‘20 and it’s 14 days return cycle is completed post
1st Jan ‘20 (day of loyalty programme launch), then it shall still be
counted on the day of it’s 14 days return cycle completion given the
loyalty level of user changes (from what was alloted on 1st Jan ‘20)
after counting that.
Any customer who has purchased supplements for
Rs.10000 or more within a year is eligible for Premium level of
membership. However, Premium membership can also be purchased at a
minimal cost of Rs.399.
The next upgradation of JadrelHealth’s Loyalty Program
is Select level. The only way to reach this level of membership is by
purchasing supplements for Rs.25000 in a period of 1 (or time period as
decided) year starting from the date he gets enrolled in Programme. A
customer who is already enrolled in the Premium Level of membership, has
to shop for Rs.15000 more in the same premium membership duration to
get upgraded to Select Level.
Important Note: The JadrelHealth Loyalty
program was first launched on 17th Oct '19 on website and retail stores.
The level to all the existing users will be allotted basis the
purchase(s) made on JadrelHealth website & stores during the duration
from 17th Oct '18 to 16th Oct '19 and they have been successfully
delivered & 14 days cycle is also complete.
